Step-by-Step Guide (Cast from Phone Browser – Works on iPhone/Android)

1. Get the link and connect to Wi-Fi:

   • Send them the IBM Video live stream URL (e.g., from your event dashboard).

   • Make sure their phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network (double-check in phone settings > Wi-Fi).

1. Open the stream on your phone:

   • On iPhone: Use Safari (or Chrome). Paste the link and hit play—the video auto-plays in the browser.

   • On Android: Use Chrome. Paste and play.

   • (Pro tip: If there's an IBM Video app, use it for better quality, but browser works fine for quick setup.)

1. Cast to the TV:

   • iPhone to Apple TV/AirPlay TVs (e.g., Samsung/LG): Swipe down from top-right (Control Center) > Tap the screen-mirroring icon (rectangle with triangle) > Select your TV > Enter AirPlay code if prompted. The whole screen (with video) mirrors to TV.

   • Android to Chromecast/Android TV/Roku: Tap the cast icon in Chrome (rectangle with Wi-Fi waves, top-right) > Choose your TV/device > It casts just the video tab.

   • Hit play—the live fight streams to the TV in real-time. Use your phone to pause/volume (TV audio plays through its speakers).

Yes it is! When you click to register/buy, your mobile browser will open a new window. After you have created your Cleeng account and got/purchased your access, just go back to the site. You can connect from your computer, phone or tablet anytime you want to. If you got registered/purchased your ticket before on a different device, simply login with your Cleeng account and again you'll have full access.

We actually recommend you book your ticket in advance. This way, you avoid the queue (even on internet, it can happen!). Then connect a few minutes before the show. Two ways to get access to the show: 1- from the email receipt you received from Caged Aggression during checkout (check your spam, it may happen it was wrongly classified) 2- directly on the website from where you registered/purchased, you can click “Already have a ticket?”. Enter your credentials that were emailed to you by searching Caged Aggression in your email, and that’s it!

Few options are available: Option 1: Search your email inbox for "Caged Aggression" for the access information that was emailed to your selected email address upon your original purchase. Yes, when you registered/purchased on one computer/tablet/phone you can simply use the same credentials to watch on another device. You should bear in mind your access can be restricted when our systems detect abuse. To avoid your account being cut off, don't use more than 2 different devices just before and during the event.
